After a lucky July, we’ve had a bit of doldrums lately.
What a strange July. Besides being windier than normal, today the wind is still blowing from the North as it has for the last couple of days.
This is a great breakfast that stays with you for long days at the beach. The recipe makes a huge batch which lasts us a week or more sealed in an airtight container. I found it on one of my favorite food blogs: Love and Olive Oil.
Tropical Storm Bonnie delivered some much anticipated wind and waves! Lots of kiters came out to enjoy an awesome day at the beach.
