"Jellyfish don't surf!"

While waiting for the tornado watch to subside, we welcomed Kimo home with a good pressure washing.

After putting everything back together and re-organizing our kiteboarding mobile, we went out for a heavy weather session. Travis put the straps back on his Freewave and took the 8m out for onshore winds of about 15-20mph. Later, Neil joined us and Travis had to switch out for the 6m as winds picked up to 20+. I opted for watching from the van or “playing house,” as Travis calls it. Neil was lovin' it on his new Freewave. He was busy discovering a new realm of possibilities in the waves. Although the jellyfish have been mean and nasty lately, Travis and Neil didn't get stung at all. I guess jellyfish don't surf!
