Chipeta Granola

This is a great breakfast that stays with you for long days at the beach. The recipe makes a huge batch which lasts us a week or more sealed in an airtight container. I found it on one of my favorite food blogs: Love and Olive Oil.

We've been loving it with fresh blueberries, vanilla yogurt, and milk. So far, it's worlds above any of the granola we've bought at our local health food store. Give it a shot! We think you'll be hooked.
